From thr math point. You have 4 feet x 8 feet = 32 sqft of space. You want 30-40w pr sqft of grow space. So 32sqft x 35w = 1120w.

I rly blast my plants with light in my garden. Wall to wall and I'm at 33w / sqft.

One is perfect for a 1.2x1.2 can even go as far as 1.5x1.5 so would 2 be overkill in that space ?

I shouldn’t think so.

2 will fit perfectly in that size tent so every corner will be covered.And there’s always the option to dim if need be.

when you got your 2.7umol, did you upgrade from hps? if so what happend to the temps/RH? did they drastically drop to the point were you had to add more heat ect

Yes I previously used HPS.
I grow in the attic so my temps are always tricky to manage but yes extra heating is needed when it’s cold.
It’s Perfect in the warmer months.
You can touch the bars when lit,they and the ballast give off very little heat.

how about the nutes?
ive been told that you only need two 3rd the nutes, so instead of 1ml per litre reduce to 0.7ml per litre?
but i havnt seen any info on this just yet

I generally tend to follow what’s on the bottles regarding dosage.
You will need to use cal/mag regularly as the plants seem to need more when using led.
