I know there will be a big diffrence in what kind of strain you are growing and what kind of pot size you are using. But lets use 3-5gals as most of us is using that range and a high yield sativa or sativa dominant strain.

What is a good sized bud in your opinion rdy dryed?

I had some ounce cola's
once, when I grew out A Colombian Gold. Wish I could do it again. two foot long

Anything over golf ball sized dry and I risk some mold problems, so I bust up the big ones. I do like a big sativa spear though.
