    I used to adjust the ph when making a tea but first, Take a shot glass sample. Let it sit without bubbler for an hour or two and test it again.

    Lots of people don't ph the teas. Im just saying what i do.

    From what ive googled it seems mixed. One dude was adamant that ph doesnt matter and referenced a paper, struggling to find the relevance, but ive got a 15 month old tugging on my leg so i can’t exactly concentrate. Im not sure if educational links are allowed, if not please let me know

    I've read a few pages like this but has not worked for me. Adjusting the ph has solved my problems

    I have no problems downing ph, just want to be sure that the acid isnt killing my bacteria

    Yeah. I hear ya. I have no way to confirm that. I've heard it both ways. I am constantly plagued by ph lockout.

    I will wait a bit then ph again, if shes close to neutral i will let ride, if not i will ph down. I’d like to say fuggit and experiment but i dont want to risk the popesicles

    Bacteria release enzymes that are acidic as they break down nutrients/die, right? If it were closer to neutral i wouldnt worry
