Default Curly and tear in leaves seedling

Hi. It's the first time I've started growing plants. I chose White Widow because I heard they weren't that sensitive. I use a 2x4 tent with 200w leds for raising. The average temperature is 20-22 degrees C. The pH of the water is always below 6.5 and higher than 5.5. I began to notice that the leaves did not look very good. The plants have 2 weeks from germination. The leaves began to wrinkle and cracks appeared. I don't know what it could be. I keep the light 50cm away.I searched for almost everything I could have, but I can't figure it out. It seems to me that they are growing a bit slow. what could they have or am I just paranoid? please help me with an opinion. thank you

It's cool. Just the leaves putting out three fingers.

    Cheers

It's first time for me and I really want them to be ok. Before I started, I researched as best I could. Unfortunately, the budget is limited because the wife does not agree with what I do. The lights are from China and are really ok for £ 30 (I'm an engineer and I measured). The tent is bought and has a very reflective interior. I use nutrients once a week: 0.5 ml per liter NPK 9-6-7. I chose to use such a concentration because of the soil that is not for such plants. I was afraid he wouldn't have anything because I used rainwater at first. The ventilation is decent around 60cmf (China). Mycorrhizae from Mykos should arrive on Monday. The soil is organic with 10% hay. I'm going to add calcium, magnesium and the rest. I am very limited with the budget because of my wife ). I also apologize for my bad English. It is not my native language. Thank you.

Thats a bit cold for a seeding. Any way to get closer to 26? Whats your humidity. Plant looks healthy. The cold will slow things down.

With LEDs the temperature does not jump more than 22 degrees. I will put a thermostat and a heating element. Humidity is around 50%. Thank you.
