    Welcome to the forum

    I've grown purple strains that had their leaves turn that color when they were naturally losing their nitrogen towards the end of the grow. I wonder if this has any purple in its lineage?

    Another thing would be the temperature of your groom, if it gets cool with lights off it could cause that discoloration.

    Then there's always, I think it's, potassium deficiency that gives you red stems, I'm just not sure that's what that is.

    Generally discolored bottom leaves later in flower is normal.
