Bluelabs growers kit is that what I'm after? It has a pH pen and a conductivity pen, calibration fluid amd cleaner included?
    £160 for the combo

The kids would love to get the Atic haha god knows what the 3 of them would get to up there ??

You can but the EC pen requires calibration too, if you go for the truncheon it never needs calibrating and can be used as a mixing stick

For cleaning use an old toothbrush and water

everything in the pic and you are set The truncheon wont need calibration.

The PH pen will require calibration every 30 days, theres a tick/checkmark on the display, when that goes out then you calibrate

It's an easy process, pour out some 7.0 and 4.0 fluid into the cups hit and hold cal on your pen till it says cal 7.0, dip it in the 7.0 fluid until its done (about 25 seconds) then rinse and press and hold cal till it flashes then press cal again to set to 4.0 dip until its done . 2 point calibration in the range most useful to gardeners give the pen a rinse and in the cap is a small sponge, add a drop of storage fluid there and store ya pen.

Extra tip : When you get the pen you can stand it in storage solution for a 24/48hrs before calibrating to hydrate the probe, who knows how long its been sat on the shelf so best to hydrate before calibration to ensure accuracy
