Big fan of kits if it gets you growing faster.

Be wary of coco. It's addictive.

    Best to ya.

I've ordered a complete kit from spider farmer I can throw up in a little empty cupboard, comes with a 300 for veg and a 1000 for flowering.

I've got some old school cheese seeds from many moons ago I will try to germinate a few and see how that goes, failing that I have an auto cookie dough seed I will use.

Never used coco before I'm looking forward to it very much I've greatly missed growing, didn't realise how much.
    I'm buzzing
One plant scrogs are so cool!

In the UK, there is a house building company, Barratt Homes. No shortage of complaints about them.

They are good at what they do. As land prices increased, their starter homes got smaller and smaller. They've built one bedroom houses with a space saving spiral staircase on a postage stamp sized piece of land.

Young couple walk into a show house. A silver tongue engages them in conversation and documents get signed. 6 weeks later, they have moved in. Home owners, on the ladder, whoop whoop.

Put another way, 4 months studying on how to 'Do it right' equals a full photo grow. No matter how dire the yield from a know nothing dive in photo grow might be, it's more than the yield obtained by studying without growing.

I know Barratt homes well! I do work for them.

I think I know what you are saying.

It's a little daunting going to coco but apart from that I've got a good few soil grows under my belt albeit years ago.

Passive hydro, which includes coco, can be as simple or as complicated as you choose.

    My daily routine:

    Empty runoff bucket if needed.

Feed plants. 15 seconds or less per plant.

If nute res low, make a new 20L mix and pour it in. Takes about 5 minutes.

OK so the pots must be sitting higher than where the run off ends up so as to not get sooked back up by the plants?
What would this system be called. Ive got 2 grow books from the stone age. Very little coco information included them.

I have a feeding system for my coco plants in my 1x1m tent. Drain to waste. 100L tank feeding the pots for X minutes with a small pump.

You can passiv gravity system to. Where the tank is higher and the flow go thru the pots and to the wastetank.

In coco feeding with good runoff is important everyday. Not everyday in the start but after week 2-3 veg.
