    Default Ventilation solution

Hi everyone! I would like to ask which is better, pic one (extracting hot air straight to the room), or pic number two, extracting straight to the ventilation unit? Which is better for keeping ectra heat and humidity away?
Obviously 2, but can i damage anything with that solution? BTW: That ventillation unit have 5 speeds. i keep it on 5.
    Would really appreciate your help!

By that pic number 2 i mean that first one that i can't flip. I think it might be a really good solution to stick air extractors hose straight to the ventilation unit. I am starting a new grow projeckt&mentored diary here in september but... I really wan't to start ASAP

The length of the ducting will also play a part in this but, in general, the 2nd option should be the best as it removes the warm, humid air totally

    Agree. Number 2.

Where does the intake get air from?

How big is the room. Tent size?

Intake is from the hole in the wall. Room is about 15m2 and i am thinking about 2 tents 150x150cm, one for photos and one for autos and other plants.

You can get what you want using a minimum of (good quality) equipment.

2 x AC Infinity fans, an S4 and an S6 + 6" carbon filter. The S4 is for the flowering tent, blows unfiltered air into the room. The S6 + filter blows filtered air out of the room. Apart from a solid 90 degree elbow if needed, NO ducting. Ducting is evil.

Only one tent, for flowering. Plants that are not photos in flower to be grown open plan in the room. You'll lose a little bit of yield because open plan. You will also save a lot of yield during heat waves because the entire room has to overheat before the plants overheat. Less problems with mould etc. with open plan. Can have a 16" pedestal fan 6' away from the plants to give gentle airflow without risk of wind burn.

I'd go even more minimalist and be growing either autos or photos, never both at the same time. No tent or S4 needed for that.

Is the air being conditioned inside of the grow room, or are you pulling conditioned air in via your intake? Obviously I see your dehumidifier in in the groom from the drawing, but what about cool air?

Would solely depend on ambient temps in room for me. If its too cold extract into room snd if its too hot extract straight out of the roof.

I'd let the household c/h (or a/c) take care of the temps.

If the temps are ok for us, they're fine for the plants.
