    Default Lighting system

    Hi, I'm new to this can anyone help me please I have week old
    Plants.
    Basically do I use the bloom or veg on my lighting system and how close should my light be to my plants.

    How long's that piece of string you have?

    Veg in slowly increasing amount weeks 1-4 or 5 then flower till harvest.

    But you'll need to give some more information.

    What lights with what wattage?
    Size of grow space?
    Age of plants? (one week since sprour or 1 week since seedling)
    Neuts?
    Growing medium (soil, coco etc)
