I have been growing her since December thinking she was an auto, thankfully the advice I got from here had me switching to 12/12. She's now in bloom and no other worryingissues apart from these spots.

Jack Herer (possibly) in biobizz spoil using biobizz food (bloonmvand grow, stopped grow food recently).

How far along are your flowers and how are they looking? There is a possibility it's a fungus and should be contained and cleaned up after harvest. Cal Mag could also be an issue. See if it powders up if you rub it between your fingers. If so I would go with rust fungus.

I personally wouldn't be overly concerned if my flowers are plumping up and producing pistils. The plant is focused on the flowers at this point and the leaves will suffer.
