Can't really help but I had very similar white speckling on my first grow. Best anyone could suggest was I might have splashed it with neuts and burned it. Can't say it affected anything even if those spots never disappeared. You may have the same issue. Here's the pictures I posted

Thx anyway, i thought can be parasites but it is very unlikely since she is indoor, with fans on it, and i keep it very clean.

Looks more like a pest issue. Thips or spider mites perhaps.

I’m saying thrips too .They affect us indoor gardeners too I’m afraid.
You will need a scope to see them.
Shaking the plant and removing affected leaves can help keep numbers down if you don’t want to use sprays.
