Been 8 days since these 2 sprouted. The smaller one was in higher temps then the 2nd plant. She looks fine but she's looked like that for the last week so I'm wondering if she's dead or just severely stalling for some reason.

I had one of those once. I let it grow. It was gaining size later on but was behind in veg to flower. Come flower the girl outgrew its 3 other sisters and prodused the frostyes buds by far.

aslong as the centre has 2 new leaves appearing it'll grow,
i've had a few that looked just like yours but when i looked closely there wasn't new growth
it just stayed like that until i binned it, since no new leaves/growth appeared
best of luck she is just a slow starter
