It could be a tad warmer.

What’s the EC of your water ?

What nutes are you using ?

Never used cal/mag as our waters hard. 100ltr tank and putting 200ml of each in.

My waters the same and I always use cal/mag you have to with led.
Did the room run warmer when you had HPS ? Temps also have to be warmer with led.
Is the res water warm enough ?
If the seedlings are happy with the same food given that would suggest the larger plants need more than that.

I’d try and get the room up to 26 and start giving full dose cal/mag and youll find growth will improve.
Maybe try 3ml of a and b per litre for a wee while ?
Careful not to have the light too low also
Led is a totally different ballgame to HPS just need to tweak a few things that’s all.

I would dropp the EC a bit and have the light at 60-70% 20 inches away. According to SF the SE7000 In veg 60-100% power 18-25 inches away.

It's one of those Internet "rules" that's pretty bad IMO.

Just because your water is naturally 0.4 doesn't mean it actually has the right amount (or in fact any) magnesium in it.

Aside from Bethmeg's advice (which is spot on) you might need to actually find out what's in the water to be sure what you're starting with if you're getting issues.

My water, despite being 0.5 out of the tap has next to no magnesium in it but very high calcium according to the local water authority analysis. I was having so many issues with it I just went RO in the end and all those issues disappeared. The assumption and advice on the wider Internet might be ok but it's bad to assume it's always right for all.

Following Bethmeg is however a good rule
