The ideal moisture content for dried buds is between 10-15%, which can be tested with a hygrometer. But i don't do it, it's all going naturally

I find this to make getting into that curing window of 60-65% (personal preference) much easier than snapping the stems. Overall leaving me with a better product in the end. Better flavor and smell, no harshness and able to be stored while retaining these qualities for longer periods because by dialing in my drying time I’ve made my cures much more effective.

    Keep it cloudy growmies!!

Cheers bud that’s what I’ve done a couple of times and it still comes out shit, I was thinking I’ve done it wrong before but the last one seemed to be dialled in right I just don’t understand it unless it’s when I’m messing up feeding them, Ice has told me about someone else in the past that thought it was down to there grow cupboard, anyway fingers crossed my next has the smell and taste
    Cheers

Cheers m8 I’ve thought about using a timber moisture meter to test them before and read about them but don’t think they are accurate

I hang them until they are almost too dry, than debud from the stems and jar them up in glass mason jars to cure. Have to burp the mason jars at least a couple times a day. I have found that they will moisten back up from what’s left in the inner bud. Buds always seem to come out perfect.
