I am getting off my lazy arse and making canna budda today.
Using 12.5oz of larf, Dark Devil bud and leftover pressed pucks in 3 lbs. of butter.
Ready to go in the oven at 230f (110c) for 1 hour. Usually I would only keep in oven
for 40 minutes but there was so much I gave it some extra time.
After an hour of decarb. it looks like this.
Melted 3lbs of butter.
12.5oz in 3lbs of butter.
Once the weed is all soaked in the butter, I added 12 cups of water and brought to almost boiling. Then turned the heat down and
try to keep temp between 170f (76.6c) and 200f (93.3c). Temps above this will degrade the thc.
A trick I do beside just stirring with a spoon is I use an electric handheld mixer once an hour or so.
Really helps to break it up.
Now let simmer for 6-8 hours. You will probably need to add water has it cooks.
