What size tent do you have?

Is it the Telos 10 PRO, 285 W LED you have two of?

I use canna for everything, my friend the same but the boost he uses is sumo

I got the Canna coco AB, and PK when i swapped to coco. I still had rhinoskin (silica) from my prev grow so i continued with that. Same with budcandy (molsasses). I was using Advansed nutrisnets calmag but it has to much N in it 4-0-0 so i swapped to TA 1-0-0 when i moved to coco aswell.

    Yeh mate those telos 10 pro mesh x 2 in a 2 x 2 x 2 tent

I don’t switch it from 75% light to 100% until final stretch has finished which should be next week

Tomorrow I’ll get the lux meter on it see what it’s giving off currently

2x2m or 2x2feet? If 2x2m you are very underpowered to cover your crop good with light.

When I say poor results I mean harvest
1st run I used 2 x hps bulbs and pulled in a kg of great stuff, I then switched to the LED's and dropped 50% yield on 2 runs but I am determined to persevere and keep learning and getting better

I believe my tent and environment is really good

Fantastic Air-in fan bringing plenty of fresh air from an outside brick

Fantastic extraction fan dumping all that warm air and smell

Filter is spot on and changed every grow (excessive I know but im quite ocd)

2 pipes coming in along the tent floor at different sides with lots of cool air coming in

2 x Telos 10 pro LED units brand new

consistent temps- Night time never lower or above 21 degrees and Daytime 25-27 degrees max

oscillating fan moving air flow around nicely 24/7

tent not overcrowded whatsoever (pics can be provided tomorrow)

I should of added my clone runs are 13 weeks total max from start to finish if that helps and I hand feed daily but check the ready made weekly mix daily for ph etc

    cheers all
If you had a 50% drop in yield although everything else is running smoothly then I’d suggest it’s the lights and not nutrient related.
We’re you using 600w HPS bulbs before ?
I know the 300w telos 10 says it’s equivalent to a 600w HPs but there is a large difference in the total ppf (total par light per second)
Almost 400umol/s difference if using a digital HPs ballast.

You are getting more par per watt compared to a HPS,but it’s total ppf that matters.

I use a 600w led which gives 2.9umol/Total ppf 1620umol/s/j and I would say I’m getting the same results from that as I was my 600w HPS,maybe a little better.but I grow in a loft and always have terrible conditions.
Looking at the chart above that’s equivalent to a 1000w HPs.

So I think to try to achieve the same results as before you would need another telos light to achieve more ppf.
As when using 2 600w HPs before you had 2024 total ppf
The 2 telos 10 give 1260 ppf add another you get 1890 ppf which is almost the equivalent to the 2 600w

I didn’t see the room size before I posted but yes a 2x2 metre room will definitely need more light.
I doubt he pulled a kilo in a 2foot square room, need to know his secret if he did lol

That information for the Telos 10 Pro isn't quite right Beth

Looks like growell have mixed something up there, or perhaps reporting on the older model.

    Here is the data sheet for this particular light ;

LIGHT OUTPUT PPF (umoles) - 744 PPF

    CALCULATED EFFICACY (380 nm ~ 820 nm) (umoles/Joule) - 2.5

This is verified with third part testing, I believe Migro uses this facility too.

Unfortunately many light companies inflate their numbers, and without verifiction, so worth checking

    Here's an explanation on that verification process ;

I believe growell is reporting a 600w HPS to be 1017 PPF

    Your x 2 Telos 10 pro (600w) = 1488 PPF

@Bobby1980 I look forward to seeing your grow here if you decide to share.

I have the same model and they've really blown me away on both build quality, ease of use within the app and the plants love em!

Oh and I will add, I don't like it personally when companies inflate numbers..in my opinion any 300w LED is not 'equivilent to a 600w HPS'..I wish they would stop doing that (Im not sure if Telos is, but if they are, then they are included too).

They're much more efficient, we all know that but there is no need to exaggerate numbers.
