exercise really is like a magic drug, it is so underrated these days. people often end up swapping one addiction for another, when that happens, make it exercise

Amen, forager! It's the one thing I look forward to every single day. Nothing like hitting that set that finally does it. I swear you can feel the endorphins released. Like, physically feel it!

Combine that with my wife becoming more and more handsy over time and it's a win win win.

Sleep is better. Test is higher. Appetites are increased.

And honestly I don't believe for a moment that you can't smoke/vape then work out. Hell it makes it bearable to be in public, lol.

Could go on. Big up to you and your journey. It's a fight every day. I'm in your corner.

    Cheers

good diet and exercise are the key to good mental health as well as physical, it really is that simple, though not easy, which is why people look for shortcuts and blame outside sources for their failure. when we look after ourselves our lives become better in ways we don't even realise are linked.
i agree about the smoking and working out. when i was younger i would do an intense workout every day, i took it very seriously, but the whole time i was smoking tonnes of weed and even about 10 cigarettes a day. i'm sure it must have hindered me, a little at least, no real way of comparing.
