This was not a harvest. The larger stack was the house clearing, and the smaller stack is the trail and campsite clearing. I am doing my best to let as many as possible live. The trail snakes around the trees wherever possible. I see lot's of fallen trees in the woods waiting for me to harvest. At least another 50 minimum and 2 of them are monsters. I'm gonna bring a tape measure next week and go take a photo. They are in a swampy area. They uprooted with boulders in the root mass. Looks incredible.

Looking forward to seeing the pics. I'm a sucker for anything in the woods.

First photo is the where the campsite tail starts. It's very steep so I spent the holiday making stairs for the old people.

Second photo is my new trail to the stream.

Third photo is campsite clearing. Need to wait for spring to lay fresh soil and grass seed.

Going back this weekend and will get photos of the fallen monster hardwoods.

Are you getting all that gravel uphill in a wheelbarrow? If so, that's got to get old after a few loads.

I wish I was that strong. Paying a guy. Materials get moved with a skid steer. He cut the trail with an excavator.
