Your contract is with the company you bought the goods with, not the courier. It is 100% the companies responsibility to ensure the good got to you and it is up to them to chase the courier, not you. The only situation this doesn't apply is if you've told the company that you want it delivered to a safe place or a neighbor and then it's gone missing from there. Other than that it's 100% seller responsibility by law.
That said Mars, like Spider are a Chinese based business were English is not the first language so you definitely need to be patient. FWIW my Mars lights have been great once you get them.
