    Default Another grow, another problem

Back again with a new grow and as per im struggling straight out the bat. Time to knock growing on the head I think, starting to become ow of a issue than anything, just problem after problem lately.

Just potted up in to coco, from starter pots and BioBizz light mix. Roots weren’t amazing but plenty there.

Both temps and humidity bang on, just not getting much growth and red stems all over even with lights on the lowest setting.

Been feeding them at 2ml per litre canna A/B. 1ml per litre cal/mag and 2ml per litre rhizo. They’ve been in these pots for 4 days now with no progression, literally haven’t done anything

Well they look hungry to me so if all other parameters are good then I’d up the feed.
Try them on 3ml or maybe even 3.5ml of a and b.
See how they fare with that for a few days.
    Make sure ph is 5.8.

How often you watering and how much mate?

Honestly felt the same as you a couple of years ago… had a run where every plant had a different problem and no matter what I did i just couldn’t sort them out. Caused a lotta stress and made me start to dislike the hobby so I cut them down and took a break.
2 years later I’m back, enjoying growing again (even though I’ve got a problem plant) but I feel much calmer when problems arise and for some reason more confident in my decisions.

So my advice, don’t make yourself hate growing. If you need a break, take a break but stick around. Learn from the diaries and posts then when you feel happy and confident set it all back up and try again

Watering until run off every day seen as they’re in coco. But it’s got me thinking, because I started them in soil have I water logged the roots that are trying to work their way in to the coco.

I may give them 24/36 hours to dry back a bit and see how they are then il up the feed a little

    That’s a very good possibility.
Something I did to one of my plants recently, wasn’t as big as the rest but kept sloshing the water in I did.
Set her back weeks I did.
Yes I’d let them dry for a day or so,then when watering in future just water the coco, but moving in just a touch so the soil gets a bit.
Once you have roots down in the coco you won’t have to worry so much about it.

Well it’s been around 24 hours since they last got fed. Humidity has been upped to around 75% along with temps closer to 28/29 and these are looking much better. Still a long way off looking 10/10 though but progress is progress

I’m going to leave it until the coco dries back so maybe another 12/16 hours and go from there

Glad they have picked up for you dear.

Having the room warmer @28/29 will help dry the pots/roots quicker too as well as creating a better enviroment which in turn will give you faster growth.
It should keep getting better from now on.
