I don't use Tapatalk, but sometimes have it installed to help with these types of questions..
So you need to click on the person icon which can be found to the top right, then click on settings, then signature and either disable it, or remove the details

I'm good buddy.
Go back out to the page that has all of your forums that you're subscribed to listed. Then click on the silhouette of the man.
After that click on settings and you'll end up at this page,
You'll see the signature selection on the next page. Click on it and you'll end up here,
You can either turn off the signature for Tapatalk or put your own in by selecting the forum.
