I hope if you fart you won't need a carbon filter.

I soak over night and then into a jiffy pellet on a heat mat with a dome. Paper towel methods worked for me in the past but this is easier because the peat pellets hold a lot of moisture so you don't need to worry about watering for a bit. You can also keep them in there for a week before transplanting very easily.

Mine go in water till I see a tap root poke out a few mm... then straight into damp coco and into the grow space. Apart from a free pack of seeds, they all pop up within 2 to 5 days

    I. AM. GROOT.

Because I'm not planting these out, I've forgotten about them. So I guess this is a 3 day germination.

Seems to me this is indeed a very good method to pop seeds.

These seeds too, have been eaten. Once you ditch the shell, they taste a bit like bean sprouts. Not bad.

I'm sold. This is terribly simple. Only have a few more donor seeds left unfortunately. I'd love to run this experiment for 100 beans and get a decent sample.

    Cheers,
    B

Wet soil. Pat it down. Finger with pinky to the
top of first knuckle. Drop seed. Pinch soil from sides of hole and back fill. Light pat. Keep surface barely dry until germ. Soil should be preheated to 75ish. Or...do what works for you. Just please...Do not soak in peroxide, you are just wasing away your flavor.
