    Really…?

He said his temps are 25c, based on the VPD chart for veg, 25c room -1c (ambient to leaf temp) gives a desired RH of 62%?

But as leaf temps are typically 3-4 degrees lower than ambient (call them 22c) his RH should be around 58%?

Either way you just advised him to throw his environment off

Never ever used VPD in veg. I go after 65-70 for seedlings. Then down to a stable ish 50 over the first 2 weeks.

For a 1st or 2nd time grower i use easy numbers to follow. That even i follow. But for perfection yes you are correct about 58%RH.

This beeing me growing photo plants and not autos. If i where growing autos i prob would be a little more nazi about my VPD. But meh

I agree with to much water. She will be fine, and you need to be more conservative with the h2o moving forward. It's alot easier to bring back a thirsty plant then a drowned plant. No more water until 1-you see the surface has dried, and 2-give it 1/4th the amount of water originally. When watering start at the drip line (the outside of the canopy) and WET it away from the plant. As your plant grows the amount of the h2o increases. Always remember more is often a mistake and less is always easier to correct.

Day 5 of drooping - hasn't been watered since the 6th and was only given a little water, soil is drying out but still got a slight damp feel a inch or so down.
Could my light be causing this ?
