Just checking in, does she still look okay? Been a good few days like this now, soil seems dry to about an inch deep then a little moist, not wet or soaking tho, does it look overwatered as a few have said ?

Have you thought of only just adding water to the edge of the pot to encourage root expansion instead of right on the stem or as close as ? And what's the name of that soil/wood chip?
All im trying to do it keeping it simple for him. 50RH in veg is pretty good. But if he has smaller plants next to it i would not suggest going down that low.
Also calculating VPD without messuring the leaves with laser is pointless anyway. With low airflow my leaves hower around 2c under room temp. With a fan they can be 6c under room temp.
Landing in this ballpark is pretty good. So i dont see where my bad advise is at.
And yes my leaves curl so they cant photosynthesise properly
This rly only effect the tops of my plant. The middel and lower part are loving life
Giving way to much light to the tops of my plants will make them curl. It can also be because it sometimes during the day hit 30c in there. Even with 0c outside. The BIG benefit of this however is that with propper defoliation and giving the plant light all the way down to the middel part of the plant will increase your yield ALOT because the entire plant will be rock hard with buds and not just the top.

You know what you are correct. Since he is growing autos he should pay more attension to the correct RH lvl. My vegging has all the time in the world as they are all photos and i havnt rly seen any big diffrence from 50-65RH in veg. I did from soil to coco thats for sure
Anyway yes 55-60RH is where it should be at in LethallMonkey case

I still think the plant was flooded to begin with, slowing down important root development. In theory, not only are we waiting for the soil to dry out, but for the roots to catch up to the rest of the plants growth. Changes happen slowly in soil.
4 things are going to cause a plant to look this way.
1-under watering
2-over watering
3-to much light
4-nitrogen deficiency
I would rule out 4 as it's a little early and his green looks decent. 1 gets tossed as we all saw in the picture. This leaves us 2 or 3 or a combination of the 2. If possible raise your light 4 inches and see if there is a difference. Like you said, start watering away from the plant. I would like to believe no permanent damage has occured and eventually your roots should catch up showing improvement a little every day. Big plant little root syndrome.
I'm serious fella with autos you wanna coax the roots to fill the pot by 3rd ish week then growth of the roots simmers down
I've made the same mistake before and ended with micro plants so like the buds above say if you know you've over watererd sit on your hands and if possible keep the lights burning 24/7 if cost are manageable

Ah well as I'm already here
Next time you start a plant pre water the soil half a pot of soil a mug or two of water mix while sifting through your porkers this'll keep your tub nice and airy then fill up the rest of the pot with soil ( you don't want water running through your fingers when you squeeze it ) now put the seed in
Unless David Blaine has popped round and made the water disappear we can agree that the seedling will have enough moisture for a good week or more
The seedling will sup what's around and venture out for more
