I personaly wait for my leaves to fade completely out before removing them. It will open up as it fades out. Just make sure your humidity is in check and the fans blowing. If your yellow leaves come right off when you tug on them, consider a possible deficiency. If your sugar leaves start to fade consider a possible deficiency. Looking great so far!

I know I haven't been keeping up with this in the last two months, but just to finish it up for my records:

    The summery:
    Popped: Nov 8th
    Flower:. Dec 11th
    Harvest: Feb 16th

    Total: 47.55g

Still curing, and since this run ended up stunted, Double Grape will be a "reserve" menu item.

Biggest thing I learned- not to use small small planter cups to sprout. I ended up with Bonsai Buds, but it did teach me about auto's.
Also, I must say I'm pretty proud that I brought this plant back to life, after it was initially thought useless. I believe seed WANTS to grow, and every plant desires to be the best.. it's literally the only thing they're on this earth to do! The trouble plants or misfits, often have the most interesting flavor profiles, buzz and feeling... maybe it's appreciation for the opportunity.. maybe I'm just high

Nice summary for the record. It's great to see folks closing out their grow for the viewers.
