    Default Cold room

Hi when my lights are off am struggling to reach good temps in my groom. It’s already got a heater in reaching about 14/16c I Dnt want to add another heater due to electricity prices. I was thinking turning the air coming in off/down as this is bringing really cold air into the groom but would this hurt the plants? Thanks

Is there any way you can put the Heater where it will come in with the cold air? Seems like that would help.

Kill the intake fan & let the exhaust pull air through passively.

You could also try ducting your exhaust from the bottom of the tent to draw the heat down from the lights through the canopy.

You could also lower the exhaust fan speed to keep the warmth in the tent longer

Do I need the intake fans on at all if my groom stays cool?

cold temp will slow/stop the growth, especially if the soil/medium is cold,
pulling in very cold air definitely wont help your situation,

at one point 4-5 years ago i actually put an electric blanket below my tent to help keep the soil/medium nice and warm,
worked really well, better than i had hoped, i then switched to lights on through the night and removed the blanket

I can't tell you how to keep it warm in your groom, because it's the middle of December and I have to run the A/C.
It just don't get cold here very often.
