yes i used rick simpsons way with isopropyl then put is through a water distiller then what i had left in the bottom put it into a pan until it stopped bubbling which means all the alcohol has evaporated, another way to check is get a bit of oil on edge of knife set it alight if it does not set on fire you have rid of all the alcohol and jobs a good one

I would not use isopropyl to make an extract. It is toxic. If in the US I would get everclear. If in the UK there is a polish vodka. Both are 95% alcohol. You dissolve the rso in the 95% grain alcohol first and then mix with any liquid you want.

Yes it will. Sounds like a clean, food grade alcohol.
A basic water distiller will take cheap vodka and make it around 95%. Something to keep in mind if your source is expensive.
