Alright mate, sorry for the light loss, you have many grows under em?

I use a migro aray 240w, HLG, Spiderfarmer and invisible sun, all decent. I'd favour the migro or the HLG, the migro perform best with an even canopy. Spiderfarmer are a sponsor here. In all fairness there's a lot out there for you to look at

As with most things thumb rule is you get what you pay for.
There's cheap rubbish on Amazon and Ebay. Avoid this

There's bargain basement choices like MarsHydro and Spider Farmer who make great entry level lights but don't expect the customer service to be comprehensive if you get problems

There's mid range stuff like Migro who have better quality and better customer service

At the top end there's companies like Lumatek where you get great build quality and customer services but you pay for it. It's also rarely "better" from a plants perspective.

I, like many have grown some excellent plants with Mars/Spyder.

If you have the space, always select bar over board they offer better coverage.

Other than that you go in at whatever level fits your budget for the space you have.

As you see from my sig I have Migro and Mars. I can say the Migro is a better quality light for certain, but I use the Mars FC3000 for growing now in my 80*80 no quesiton.

Thank you MAD John. I'll have a look at the spider farm. I had skyline last time. Cost me £750 each. Going cheaper this time.

I've just remembered someone buying migro a while back and having some import fees, look into it before your order gets processed. They should say on their site if that's where you ordered from

Not sure if this is it

UK: No import duty charged, VAT rate 20% charged at customs via our courier, DPD + £6.00 processing fee by UK customs.

I think he said he had an added charge of 20% of what his order total was and had to pay that to DPD before they delivered
