Default coco coir mixed with fox farm ocean mix

i want to grow 6 new plants, and only have enough fox farm ocean for 3, and i have a 11 lb block of coco coir, was thinking of mixing in equal parts to give me enough soil to grow the 6, is this a bad idea..thanks

I ran Soil/Coco 50/50 for a time. It's going to dry out a bit faster and I noticed that around the transition they got really hungry for calcium and magnesium.
You may have to feed a bit eaerlier and a bit more than you would normally with pure fox farm.

    Hope this helps.

The soil I use is a 40/60 coco/peat mix so I don't see why not
