Advice For Germination Stage

Hi guys new grower here, doing my first run. Currently have seeds germinating in humidity dome for last 8 days, got 10/12 to sprout. 5 Quickz( Exotic Genetics) 5 Milk Truck (Fat Cat Labs). Was looking for advice on when to take dome off and what to to have my environment at when I do. When i do take dome off I do not have stand for light I'm using for germination, I would have to put it under Fc-8000. Was planning to have them in starter plugs for first 3 weeks then put in Solo Cup. Any advice would be appreciated.

Lucky only 10 sprouted as that's our limit here.
As for when to take the domes off, I usually do it when they've broken the surface. I keep the conditions at about 70% RH, temps about 24/25c.
Not sure about the light, I'd probably turn the power down if possible and raise it as high as it will go.

Welcome bud,like Doink said above raise the light high and dim it down for the seedlings.
