Question Can You Breed Without Male?

Lets say you have two cultivars you want to cross, yet you don't have access to male. Will reversing one of them allow this without effecting genetics and how does reversing work?

You can spray a branch or entire plant with a special spray,or coloidal silver to produce male parts on a female,it stresses the plant into turning hermi.
