    Brilliant tip and thanks for sharing the link to those posts.

    I always thought RO water was a good thing. I stopped drinking it exclusively when I realized that long term can produce adverse effects to your body.

    Same w/plants, which is why CalMag must be added to RO.

    When cooking vegetables in RO water, most ov the minerals are sucked out of those veggies, bc every things filtered out in RO, and it needs to bond with salt and minerals, so it pulls those out of the veggies

    This forum continues to benefit with such good information.

    RO water is reverse osmosis water George. It is run through different membranes and filters to make the water devoid of anything.

    Almost everything.... 90-99 percent depending on the system used.
    There is also deionized water which has almost all minerals removed. This is what I use for slurry tests. More accurate than RO.
