Unhappy Seedling shrinking and dying watering

i have 3 and one of them with about 3/4 weeks some have 2 cm of leave but one of them suddenly shrinked from 1cm to 2mm and the leaves got dark and got curled. i dont really know how much water give them... i put like 300ml each 2-3 days. the soil looks very humid from bottom to top i saw people saying that have to come water from the bottom but that seems too much.

I killed or set back so many seedlings when I first started, my crime was always overfeeding or overwatering. In most cases, it was the latter.
Don't believe people when they say you can't over water coco!

    1cm to 2mm ? At 3/4 weeks old?

Looks too wet...Are you covering the pots with those bags. Also do you have them under a light or just on a window sill ?

I think it may be time to call it a day with those and start fresh. I think you may be throwing good money (and time) after bad.
