Default What to do with leaves after defoliation??

    Hello people.

Weird one this - I'm looking for ways to use up my leaves after defoliation rather than throwing them away (less chance of being caught)

I usually defoliate twice and both times there is a rather large pile of leaves to get rid of.

Any of you guys got any ideas?

Compost with old soil? Mix with water and use liquid as feed?

Surely these leaves contain goodness that can be used right?

    Cheers

You can make screen hash out of them, or anything else, like Bubble Hash and so on. JMO

Here is an example of what I got from an oz of leaves using A 100 Micro screen. 4.26 grams of goodness. whoop whoop

The compost method is a sound environmental decision though as mentioned there are other alternatives.

Just found a cardboard box I had filled with fan leaves, they were extremely dry, so I just crunched em up in the box and dumped them along the woods line near my house.

Growing in.living soil means it can all go back into the container as a mulch that breaks down and re feeds the soil. It's very convenient. Stems go on there too.

I throw all my sugar trim and buds that aren't worth trimming into a turkey bag and put it in the outside freezer. I have about a half pound or more if I had to guess.
One day I'll do something with it but not today. Fan leaves go into the compost if I'm energetic, the bin if not.
