    Default clover MPC or recommendations

I like growing in the dirt, and in fairness the plagron light mix(top 1/2 of pot) and all mix(bottom 1/2 of pot)combo has been ok!
My only issues have been when to add nutes, trying to work out if the plant has everything it needs at the right time...
I definitely lost my way at different times, I think the soil was running at too high of a pH(although how much can you tell from runoff when it's not had time to sit in the soil for a bit?
, and maybe me pHing the water and feed caused some issues, I know some say don't bother with pH in soil.. but the Dutch pro nutes recommended 5.8 - 6.3 pH ..

Anyways I think for first proper grow it's been ok,
Now I'm looking to next grow... think I'm not ready for Coco yet!

Any thoughts on soils , clover multi purpose compost maybe? I think it's 100% Irish peat tho?
Or maybe I stick to the plagron , I was thinking maybe have some clay balls at the very bottom of pot to help drainage a bit more, and maybe mix some of the all mix with the light in the bottom and light mix on top.... I feel like things have got a bit compacted in current grow, but guess I won't know state of roots etc till I crop!

Anyways sorry for rambling, be good to hear ideas

Personally, I'd make the leap to coco total control

To grow in soil i think it takes years to perfect, and might take 5 or so grows just to find the right nutes and soil whereas coco buy a decent bag canna nutes and the meters as long as you dont over feed them you'll be good, to dark lower the ec to lite up the ec it really is that easy
