Welcome to the forum, what do you have in the way of growing equipment?

When you get your seeds you'll probably want to get some coco plugs to start them in and then you can put them into your Pebbles for deep water culture.

You'll also need a pH meter and a total dissolved solids meter.

I don't got a ph meter but I was just gonna let the water sit so the chlorine could evaporate and hopefully the ph wouldn't be a problem and then just put like half a teaspoon per gallon of food in each water bucket it says 5 ml

If you do it that way you're going to want to have two buckets for each plant. What you would do is just put a whole fresh new bucket of nutrient water under the plant.

Most of the time you'd be measuring the ph and the total dissolved solids and adding water or nutrients based on that. But if you're not going to get a meter, then just changing out each Bucket Fresh every time they get down to a certain point would work okay.
