If its lockout caused by soggy rootage and not ph related lockout you've gotta let pots really dry back before next feeds to fire the roots back to life which may take 4 to 5 days or more, popping pots on a heated root mat will help dry them back a bit quicker, just make sure pots are really light as feathers before next feeds if its this compared to current weight.
In meantime to keep plants ticking over maybe make a high dose mix up of your base feeds into a foliar spray and foliar feed just before lights out and early in morning at lights on to help keep plants ticking over. If i do this i will use around 4 to 5ml per litre of A&B and 1 or 2 drops of washing up liquid and i pay attention to undersides of leaves.
Temps may have summink to do with it as well if you get them higher that will help with take up more so 28c works or anything over 25c they should take up more feeds as it warms up and dont let temp drop too cold at nights below 20c if possible. Red stems tend to be caused by some kinda stress and cold is one cause of that which will also interfere with uptake of ferts too by roots.
Don't have fans blowing directly onto plants either
Whats your room temps ?
What ferts you using & feed strength ?
Grow medium ?
