Anxiety & Heart Friendly

Hi Peeps.

I struggle with Anxiety and I really want to find a strain that will genuinely ease anxiety and not it make me anxious I also want the strain to be easy on the heart and not cause it to race.

Any recommendations would be great

I would go with the tried and proven Northern Lights. From what I have found out over the years, the reason for racier Heart is from not letting the THC Mature.

Not letting your THC on the plant go well into the white and Yellow will prevent that in most all plants. Clear THC is not good to smoke. JMO

I have CPTSD,anxiety is one of its joyful offspring lol.
I've been smoking chemdawg black hash for the past year almost,it works for me.
