Excuse the link being to The Mirror, shitty paper as it is. Still it is worth a read, if Professor David Nutt is optimistic about things, then so should we be
"The illegality of cannabis is outrageous, an impediment to full utilization of a drug which helps produce the serenity and insight, sensitivity and fellowship so desperately needed in this increasingly mad and dangerous world."

Well lets hope this government sits up and pays attention.
Bout time we had a rational review of the drug laws.

It's wrong that some "dangerous" substances are legal while others are not.

The government could make a mint on the legalisation and sale of cannabis.
Just think, going into a paper shop or coffee shop and being able to purchase your fave bud with no plod waiting in the wings for another notch in his/her truncheon!

Hopefully they will legalize home growing as well... Even if it allowed us to legally grow up to 20 plants for percy that would be good.
No one would need 20 plants I wouldn't have thought but that figure would allow leway for things like breeding, germination, cuttings etc.

Anyone agree on 20 as a realistic number? I know the more the merrier would be nice cos I would have a garden full every year purely because I just love the plant as a plant, but if the number was capped, what amount do you think would be fair?

I think most countries where it's decriminalised have a 5-10 plant limit.

If it was legalised I'd plant some of those seeds that are original land race in the garden and have a ganja tree in the back garden.

Parvati or Malana Cream might just grow to completion is a sheltered spot in the UK.........
