Good Morning/Evening thread

Afternoon people, back to gym now, me mam got me 6 months membership so better use it, went the other day and am still aching so badly but cant let that stop me, me lad is gonna come with me next time, bout the only thing he will still do with his dad lol. Cold weather is coming so ordered me winter boots and got a new hat, spose i better go get a sweat on, hope everyone is well.

Morning all..Yeah they are for me (size 11s).Pissing down here today & its still pitch dark, too make matters worse the clocks go back next Sat/Sun so you go too work in the dark & return in the dark, I friggin hate winter time hrs

ARRRRGGGGHHHHH, cant lift me arms to yawn even, i am aching soooo much been 3 times to the gym now and its not getting any easier, i am just adding new aching bits to the already aching. Evening everyone, getting excited now a new weed to try in 2 weeks or less BD x jack herer, cant wait it smells divine and its yielding massively too.

Spose i better put some uni time in before i come on here, no where near made my flash game yet.

lol keep it up m8 youll stop aching once ya body gets used to it,i was the same when i first started lifting.aint got a gym pass though just turned my spare room into weights room instead,soon to be my grow room aswell once i can be bothered to put my grow cupboard together.
