I fucking rocked that interview,only 3 other people turned up for it cos you have to relocate which suits us cos we are moving to said area anyways.I was last in & was in for 1.5 hrs ,the other candidates managed only between 10 mins & 30mins..
Had the panel laughing & that is always a good sign in my book,asked loads cof questions & the fact that we are moving stood me in good stead not to mention being well qualified for said post.
When I said I had no kids to cause me to take days of for wee Johnnies sports day/play/doctors app etc that got a big thumbs up so im very fucking optimistic regarding it,will find out a week today cos project manager was away & she has the last word but hey what do women know lolol joking ladies.

Good luck with that Manny, fingers crossed for you M8. Yeah I got my lot laughing too & it's always a good sign. I was talking to my Sister-in-Law last night & dissecting the interview & she pointed out the fact that they know perfectly well you can do the job otherwise they wouldn't have invited you in. All the technical questions about "what would you do in such & such a situation" is just a beard. What they really want to know is will you fit in with the existing team. That's what it's really all about.

So here's hoping, eh?

Been travelling for the last year or so and finally heading back to the UK, thought I'd stop off at amsterdam because I've still never been! I've got no money though so it'll just be for a couple of nights? Anybody recommend a hotel for me and the wifey? Loving the way the forum looks now, I have a medal. I really like it when things give me achievements. I wouldn't ever become a tory voter so there's no worry in that one, just been travelling for a while and I'm not looking forward to coming back to the UK, finding a job etc. Sounds like you got a new job though - so good luck with that man.
