25 degrees perfect, be fine tho up untill your over 30's.. try and keep the night time temp drop no-more than 10.. Mind you 2x pc fans are gonna struggle coping with the temps of a 600, gonna at least need 5" extraction
Also what you mean on 16hrs? 12/12 for flowering.. And 18/6 for veg

i agree get a 5" extractor,ive got one,mine was expensive and got a speed controller added to it,under hps bulbs youl need one
