as the others have mentioned it sounds like root rot and the roots have been in to much water how fast was your pump on?is it all the time running?
f so u need to cut the flow back to just 15 min every 2hrs for a few days to get some new roots out the plant or it will just stay lookin the same and not grow any and roots will get worse
how is the run of on the tray ?is the tray level from the top middddle and bottom did u check it with a spirit level incase all the water is pooling at one side or its not tilted enough and water is not running of it correctly raise it at one end to help the run of
