I explained how it can be done.

to find yours, goto your profile page, look at the url, mine is this https://www.thctalk.com/cannabis-forum/member.php?u=12 the 12 is my number

basically in the URL member.php is the page with the Server side code, and the ?u=12 is a variable, u being the variable name (for User) and the number being the unique ID number given to everyone while registering. Basically so it is easier to find people.
Same happens with the posts, it's easier to call up thread number 7863 (this thread) then calling up the title in the URL.
