    I would, but...

if the info is related to direct or and using indirect lighting.
It assumes that all light emitted by the lamp is incident on the are top be covered. In an ideal world, the reflector would be designed to achieve this with no overspill, but most are fixed so reflective walls are a very good idea to minimise the losses.

confused, screen, meant like a divider in the tent, like a stud wall in a house, to reflect light from the wall, which leads onto What?? Incident, lol what does that mean direct or reflected?
Been busy in life, sorry to have missed so much in the forum.

It could be as simple as a piece of white plastic hung from the roof, or a divider on some sort of stand that can moved easily.

which leads onto What?? Incident, lol what does that mean direct or reflected?
Incident = falling on or striking the surface of, so "all light emitted by the lamp falls on on the area to be covered"

Direct means that the light travels straight from the lamp to the surface, indirect means that it's reflected. There will always be both, but it's best to try to avoid more than one reflection so having a reflector that directs the light exactly where it's wanted, with no overspill, is preferable. In practice, this is unlikely to happen and any overspill will be lost. Reflective surfaces, positioned as close as possible, will minimise this loss.

The table assumes that there is no loss.

    again, thank you!

but I was wondering, your chart has the watts and the area that is being illuminated. but wouldnt lumens also be even more important than just watts?

i think it was just so people didn't get confused easily, so say i said 250w give or take a few lumen's here and there, most 250w bulbs will put out the same, so it's easier to find, rather then finding a bulb that puts out the correct lumen's.

    What Jumpon said

It's a lamp selector, after all, not an illuminance chart

I made a 'sort of' one of those here (lamps, lumens, min/max coverage): http://is.gd/lampoutputs
