    Don't think this has been mentioned anywhere but make sure you have adequate support in place for when they start getting heavy. I have tried all sorts like yoyo's & string to support individual Colas when needed, but nothing beats pea netting.
    Emptying & filling the res can be time consuming using the micro jet pumps that are supplied - I'd highly recommend a maxi jet 1000. Takes 1/4 of the time

    Question I have is in regard to flow rate! I started off with the little Microjet pump barely trickling and have since increased it to about 1/3 output should this suffice throughout the grow?

    As long as the flow is enough to cover or wet all your roots. It should be fine 😃🇬🇧

    Tips on nft rockwool cubes guys ...I seem to be having a problem with the first stage it seems there not growing as fast as id like and some of them have got to wet the cubes like ..and roots ended up rotting before growing out of the bottom ready to put in my tank so ..whats my best option of keeping them healthy while im waitin for them to be good enough go into the tank ?
