A always used to have a pump in ma res stuck to the front of the tank inside with no hose jetting the water back down to the bottom causes it to circle the tank rather than a air stone kinda like flooming it making more oxygen

its not ideal to mix ph up and ph down in same mix so if your ph is a little low then use liquid silicon or rhizo to bring ph back up, another tip for using ph up or down , is don,t use it raw, i add about 100ml to 2 litres of water so its diluted, its much easier to pull it back this way to where you want it, its so easy to go past your mark with raw acid

Don't know if it has been mentioned before, sorry if it has. But I have just found out that if you fully cover the air intake tube on the water pumps then they pump a lot faster, (handy for emptying).

I think you just need to rinse the probe with fresh water to stop any salt build up and that's about it

Ok so I thought this would prob be the best place to ask even though Iv got a feeling I asked before, I grow in the loft and used a 604 last grow, my problem is my groom is above my lounge, bungalow. You can't hear the pump until you stan in the corner and you can hear a buzzing, I had no choice last time but to leave it as I was scrogging and plants were in net. This time I want it sorted who else gets this noise from their loft or upstairs and what would stop it? Iv been thinking either thick rubber mats kingspan insulation please help as they have just shown their little heads from the small cubes yesterday so time is now ticking for me

i,d try a kingspan mate mate and while your there i,d use a bit of the kingspan to replace the corex , it works excellent to keep your res temps down https://www.thctalk.com/cannabis-foru...le-agentorange check out my thread mate and you,ll see what temps i,ve been getting with a 600hps about 2 feet tops off the top of system

Thx trigger Iv been keepin an eye on your thread I just havnt bothered posting as all I can really say is looking gd lol. I may just get a sheet and cut in half then half for top tray half for underneath. Also I will be scrogging again with lessons learnt from last time ie didn't strip enough underneath and got shitloads of shitty bud that's now in the freezer but was happy for first nft and first scrog. But how would you postion 5 plants for scrog, in an x position or all staggered up the tray. I can't decide as space is a bit tight getting down either side if tank so would like to make one side with more space for me to crawl down so if I staggered I could have 3 on that side with more space to fill and 2 on other. Sorry for the shitty wording Iv just finished a night shift and need my bed

5 plants on a 604 ? its not going to give you much space for scrogging, not sure how would be best to work that one mate, probably staggering them to give them all equal amount of space,

I wouldn't run 5 plants on a 604. I run 2x 604s and have 2 plants on each. I guess it would cut down on your veg time but it would be too crowded IMO
