    Default 125 watt fluorescent

    How many seedlings could this raise at one time if I replaced my house bulbs with 125 fluorescent as I've got a seeding area 1 m square with 300 watt house bulbs to keep temp 70-75f. My veggin area is about 1m by 2m what light should I put in for ten plants?, and flowering area 3 x 600 watt 2.4 mx 1.2m both veg and flower room are about 2m tall
