Severe night sweats

I go through stages of this. I am generally warmer than anyone else tho. Everyone else is always freezing and I'm not. In the summer me and the Mrs sleep under different duvets. I go through stages of severe sweats tho sometimes months at a time. I started taking 5htp or whatever its called and haven't had them since not sure if it's that or i just havent had them in a while
