I am due several thousand dollars pretty soon and if I can replace my trusty dimmable HPS with LED I am interested, especially if I can expect the same if not higher yields with reduced energy usage.

    Sup Led dudes...

I’ve just had my 480w QB board delivered for my 4x4 tent...

I’m planning on using it as a sealed room setup...

I haven’t set up yet, but assuming I’ll still have a fair amount of heat to remove front the LEDs to keep my tent steady?? And with that in mind, is there such a thing as a air cooled hood for a QB?

I want to use CO2 so don’t want to suck air from the tent itself

    Thx

    RM

Run your light and see if there's temperatures out of whack, you want higher temperatures for CO2. I don't think there's anybody on here who would really recommend CO2. That's like taking performance enhancing drugs in a finely-tuned athlete, it'll give you a boost to make your perform even better. First off though, you need to become a finally tuned athlete.

I wish I had read this great thread before I ordered a crappy LED but I 'm making up for it now.
Thanks to everyone who posted here your advice is invaluable to an LED noob like me lol.
